Eastern Jalisco Police raid a basement and found 31 handguns which were filled with diamond studs diamond studs presumably belonging to Valencia drug cartel boss Nava Valencia, the Attorney General's Office said Monday.
Police officers found "31 gold- and silver-plated handguns of varying caliber studded with diamonds and engraved with the name 'Lobo Valencia,'" the federal agency said in a statement.
